All messaging is opt-in. Students provide their contact info when they register with a studio, and can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP to reach support.

Typical messages include: class reminders, schedule changes, booking confirmations, payment receipts, membership updates, and two-way support conversations (e.g., "I'm running late" or "I can't access the door").

MyDanceDesk does not send marketing blasts to purchased lists, cold contacts, or anyone who has not provided their number directly to the studio.

We respect your privacy — phone numbers are never sold or shared. Messaging exists only to help studios stay organized and keep their students informed.
